Here you can find all the information you need regarding the logistics of your appearance at SEMICON Europa (co-located with electronica) including all the dates and deadlines, a traffic guide, and set-up and dismantling times.

Traffic Guide information will be available from autumn here. Please read the Traffic Guide carefully and forward it also to your stand constructor, forwarding agent, and driver. It contains all access regulations for setup, fair, and dismantling.

Deadline for ordering technical services via the Exhibitor Shop is September 22, 2026.

Use your personal login information to access the Exhibitor Shop to order any booth-related products and services online (e.g. electricity, cleaning, hostesses). If you did not receive your login data, please send a message to [email protected].

Deadline for submitting stand-design plans to the Exhibitor Technical Services (TAS) is September 22, 2026.

A booth design needs to be approved by the TAS, except all these points are fulfilled:
• Height of stand and/or advertising structures no more than 3m
• Size of stand less than 100m²
• No canopies or other stand coverings

BOOTH RESERVATION

1.    SEMICON Europa is located in Halls B1, B0, C1, C2. Booth space is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Standard booths are sold in increments of 9 square meters, but other options are possible upon request.

2.    Check on the available space (blue-colored) at SEMICON Europa Online Floor Plan at Hall B1 , Hall B0, Hall C1 & Hall C2 and contact  [email protected] with your preferred booth size and booth number.

3.    SEMI will assign the booth number and send the online booth registration to you.

4.    After submitting the online registration, Messe München will send you a booth placement request. Please make sure to reconfirm by returning the e-signed confirmation to Messe München within the given time frame. If you do not receive the email, please contact [email protected].

5.    Upon confirmation, the booth is officially booked. Messe München will issue the invoice, send payment information, and log in to the Exhibitor Shop.

Upon the successful reservation of your booth, the SEMI Exposition team will promptly send you a link to the Exhibitor Online Registration form, which requires your completion. Should you have any inquiries regarding its completion, please consult the provided guideline.

At SEMICON Europa, SEMI sells raw space only. You are welcome to work with any booth builder of your choice. Below are some contact suggestions and available booth package offers:

On the confirmation email of your online application, there is a link to add a co-exhibitor. Kindly forward the provided link to your co-exhibitor so they can register. For any questions, please contact [email protected].

The deadline to register a co-exhibitor is July 17, 2026.

Please make sure that you have confirmed the booth placement request sent by Messe München. Messe München will distribute the invoices based on your indicated preference during online registration. If you would like to change your preference, please contact [email protected].

The invoice will be sent out approximately by the end of June. Payment deadline: July 2026.

Here you can edit booth profile, add co-exhibitors, manage products, and manage press releases.

You are encouraged to review and update your booth profile as soon as possible to begin leveraging your online listing. Our attendees are excited to learn about your new offerings this year and they are certain to be looking for you on our online floor plan and exhibitor list.

A direct link to your Exhibitor Account was sent to the Booth contact person in the booth confirmation email. If you have question on the access, please send an email to [email protected].

1-2 weeks after returning your confirmation of the booth placement proposal to Messe Munich, you should receive your personal login information to the Exhibitor Shop.
In the Exhibitor Shop, you can order any booth-related products and services online (e.g. electricity, suspensions, furniture and decoration, cleaning, hostesses).

Any additional equipment that you book in the exhibitor shop will be included in your final invoice distributed by Messe München after the show.

SEMICON Europa offers the exhibitor profile tool to upload free of charge press releases.

The press release can be uploaded using your exhibitor profile and the press release will automatically appear online. Explore here the uploaded Exhibitor Press Releases.

Messe Munich also offers a paid service to promote your press release.

REGISTRATION

Yes, the conference ticket includes free access to the SEMICON Europa exhibition and electronica from Tuesday, November 10, to Friday, November 13, 2026.

You can order exhibitor passes in the Exhibitor Shop.

Each exhibitor gets a minimum of 2 passes, according to booth size:
- Up to 16 m² of stand size: 2 exhibitor passes
- Up to 20 m² of stand size: 3 exhibitor passes
- As from 21 m² for every further 20 m²: 1 exhibitor pass in addition
- As from 161 m² for every further 20 m²: 2 exhibitor passes in addition

As an exhibitor, you can order an unlimited number of visitor vouchers in the Exhibitor Shop which can be redeemed for one-day tickets. The tickets grant access to SEMICON Europa and electronica.

No exhibitor badge required during set‑up and dismantling.

Booth sales will take place from Tuesday, November 10th to Friday, November 13th, at the Onsite Space Selection (OSS) Office. The OSS Office is located in Hall B1, just behind the Tech Arena.

Citizens from a number of countries require a visa to enter Germany. We would be pleased to assist you with a visa invitation letter to support your application. To ensure you obtain your visa before the trade fair starts, we recommend that you submit your visa application in due time. Applications can be made as early as three months before the time of entry.
