About the Recognition Program

The 20 Under 30 recognition program honors the industry’s brightest young leaders who have demonstrated success in their careers in the microelectronics supply chain – Engineering, Sales/Marketing and R&D positions. We are looking for rising stars who are making a significant difference in the industry and have shown outstanding leadership qualities, a commitment to success, community involvement and innovation through collaboration.

Eligibility

  1. The nominee must be under the age of 30 as of November 11, 2026.
  2. They must be employed in the microelectronics supply chain industry for at least 2 years.
  3. They should be young professional leaders with a strong record of innovation, collaboration, community engagement, and/or outstanding performance.
  4. Multiple nominees from the same organization can be submitted.
  5. Nominees are required to be employed by a SEMI Europe Member company.
  6. Nominations must be made by a manager, mentor, sponsor, colleague, and/or peers – self-nominations are not permitted.
  7. Only submit one entry for each candidate per year. Duplicate entries for the same candidate in the same year will be discarded.

2026 Nominations are now open. Applications must be received by September 25, 2026. The selected candidates will be notified on October 23, 2026.

Judging Criteria

Eligible nominees are reviewed by a panel of judges from the SEMI European Advisory Council for Diversity and Inclusion.
