Please Note
A new reservation process is in place to improve the reliability of booth requests during OSS. The administrative fee helps increase commitment and reduce tentative reservations that may block booth space for other exhibitors.
Administrative Fee & Key Terms
The OSS Admin Fee is EUR 150.00 plus 19% German VAT (EUR 178.50 total) and is payable by credit card at the time of registration.
- The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- The fee is not credited against stand rental or other exhibition costs.
- A booth reservation made during OSS is provisional.
- The reservation becomes binding only after the AOA Exhibitor Online Registration with Messe München is completed by the applicable deadline.

Raw Space Rates
Space-only rates for main exhibitors. Booth construction, furniture and services are not included.

Additional Admission Fees

Cluster Rate
Group pavilion organizers qualify for the Cluster Rate when all three requirements are met:
- Active SEMI membership throughout the year
- At least five co-exhibitors
- At least 80 m² of total booked space
Co-Exhibitor Fee: €1,900 per co-exhibitor

2. Check in
Check in at the reception desk.
3. Review available booths
View real-time booth availability for Halls B1, C1 and C2 on the displays in the lobby. Available booths are marked in blue.
4. Identify your preferred locations
Review the available locations and note your preferred booth numbers.
5. Select your booth
Be ready to select and reserve your preferred booth when your appointment begins.
