Thank you for accepting the invitation to present at SEMICON Europa 2026, taking place at Messe Munich from November 10-13, 2026.

We look forward to seeing you in person and ensuring a great experience. To help you prepare, we've provided these guidelines.

SEMICON Europa 2026 will be co-located with electronica, giving all visitors access to both exhibitions.

The SEMI program team has sent details about your presentation. Additionally, we’ve included some key information to help you navigate your role as a presenter.

  • Your ticket gives you access to the full exhibitions of the SEMICON Europa and co-located productronica.
  • The TechARENA will be located in Hall B0, and the Executive Forum will be located in Hall C1, both of which are part of the SEMICON Europa in Messe Munich. You can find the floor plans online for Hall B0, Hall B1, C1, and C2. The TechARENA is an open space but due to an optimized sound system, there are no problems with the acoustics.
  • You can find a SEMI programs representative at the tech desk at the back of each arena, and they will be happy to support you.
  • General expo attendees can enter for free and leave the presentation area anytime. Most people will join only 2-3 presentations in the TechARENA before they continue with their visit on the show floor.
  • The presentations are between 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the session. This should include time for a few questions from the audience. The exact time of your slot is communicated to your personal email.
  • The presentations should be technical (not too scientific) without any marketing content. Please be aware that you should not do a sales pitch. The PowerPoint presentations should not contain too many company-related slides.
  • The PDF version of your presentation will be shared post-event with the SEMICON attendees. If you are not willing to share your presentation, please inform the SEMI Programs Team.
  • You are welcome to use the SEMICON Europa 2026 template for your presentation or your company’s own template.
